This policy explains what information Savrio ("we") collects through this website and through the website assistants we run for our clients, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- What you send us. When you use our contact form: your name, email address, phone number, business name, the plan you're interested in, your message, your preferred contact method, and the consent statement you agreed to.
- Technical information. A one-way hashed version of your IP address (we don't store the IP itself), your browser's user-agent string, and the page you sent the form from. We use these to prevent spam and abuse.
- Payments. Checkout is handled by Whop. We don't receive or store your full card details.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and provide the services you ask for.
- To protect this website and our services from spam, fraud, and abuse.
- To operate and improve our services.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run this website and our services, who process information on our behalf:
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, and bot protection (Turnstile)
- Supabase — database hosting
- Resend — email delivery
- Whop — checkout and payments
Cookies
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Our bot-protection and checkout providers may set cookies or similar technologies needed for those features to work.
How long we keep it
- Contact form inquiries and leads: up to 12 months.
- Website assistant conversation messages: up to 90 days.
Website assistants we run for clients
When you chat with an assistant on one of our clients' websites, the business you're contacting decides how your details are used, and their own privacy policy applies. We process that information on their behalf to run the assistant and deliver your inquiry to them. Assistants identify themselves as AI at the start of each conversation.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailinghello@savrio.dev.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
